“If the wind will not serve, take to the oars.”
~ Latin Proverb
When you reach a point in life where you feel adrift, take charge of it. I think that’s what this quote is talking about. Take control of your life and grab both oars. Navigate to the waters where you want to be, instead of drifting aimlessly on the rhythm of life’s waves. Chart your own coarse. Plot your own direction. Don’t leave it up to chance.
While it’s perfectly fine to let life’s events lead you, there are times when stagnation hits. When you are doing nothing more than treading water. It’s these times when the best remedy is to take control of your life, and paddle to a better place. Improve your station in life. Do something to change it. After all, if you wait too long, your legs will give out and you will sink to the bottom.

Congratulations I have nominated you for a Blogger Recognition Award. https://kjeastwick.com/2018/02/11/blogger-recognition-award/ I enjoy your writing and I love your 100 days of inspiration. I hope this does not stop after your 100 days. This award takes a long time to respond to, so if you do not wish to respond, I am fine with that. Cheers KJ Eastwick

Hey,
I’m working on my debut poetry book and preparing a mailing list. Would you like me to add your e-mail address please? If so, can you share it with me?
I don’t plan to do it like hard core promotion, I will be e-mailing you privately not through any software.
I will just inform you when it’s available and when there is some huge fluctuation in price (sale etc.), as on WordPress reader, posts get lost in stampede.
I won’t be mailing you more than 4 to 5 times a year, and that’s max. Promise!
And if you want it to share it privately you can do that through contact form on my blog.
Thank you 🙂
