Today’s inspirational quote refers to having the courage to take advantage of opportunities that present themselves.  We should question it, but maybe not every time.  There are chances that we are given where we should just take the leap, and have courage and faith that we will be better for it.  I’m not saying that calculated risks are bad.  What I am saying is that sometimes the risk is worth it.

For example, when I met, Todd, my husband, it was a risky endeavor for me.  I was a single mom, and I spent years shielding my children from those who would not be a permanent fixture in my life or in theirs.  After we met, I didn’t question it and introduced him to my kids.  When I look back on it now, I’m thankful that I didn’t ask why.  18 years later, and Todd is still in our lives.

That’s what today’s inspirational quote is talking about.  Sometimes, when we are presented with an opportunity, we should take the plunge, without question or doubt.  We need to have faith that whatever the opportunity is, it’s possible that it’s a gift from the cosmos.  There is no way to foresee the future, and sometimes, that might be to our benefit.
