“Everything you’ve ever wanted is on the other side of fear.”
~ George Addair
We’ve all done it. We’ve all had that one dream that we know if we attained it would bring immense amounts of joy to our lives, but its sitting out in the distance, just out of our reach snuggled up next to our biggest fear, failure. The two of them, potential failure and life-long dream, appear to be quite chummy with one another. Their joking and giving high-fives. Their pointing at us from across the threshold and laughing. If only we had the courage to step across the line, walk up to our fears, and slap the smile off its face before we take our dream by the hand and head into the future.
It is possible, you know.
Each one of us can take a deep breath and move a single step forward. That’s all it takes. Just climb aboard the rollercoaster, and prepare to enjoy the ride. The ups and downs of achieving. The twists and turns of self-realization that we can do this. Take that first step and tell your fears to go to hell.
